It is important for my manager to know that she is providing me work/life balance.

My direct manager understands life/work balance and is always making sure I get what I need.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am currently at the top of my pay grade pay wise. The pay grades have not been updated in over 5 years, so I have not had a raise in that time frame. I do get a bonus for being at the top of the pay grade, but that means my base salary will never get bigger the longer I work.
