Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Below average. The kudos that the call center gets, why would those not contribute to awardco points when those are complements by customers? Seems odd...

What makes you most happy at work?

The people I work with.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have so many different types of people it makes working with them great.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My manager is wonderful and the reason I have stayed for so long with FMB.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication with everyone. Tim does a good job for the most part but other leadership does not.

What makes you most happy at work?

The AMAZING people in the call center! I would never go to a different area. If you want real, go be friends with them.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team specifically works so well together. We focus on improving work in a positive way and we actually care about each other and others in Customer Care.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people we work with directly. Cannot tell you the last time our CEO even came into the call center let alone talked to anyone besides the director. People don't even know who Mark is.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay for someone who has been with FMB is not consistent. Someone who is new can come in at a rate as much or close to someone whose been with FMB for 5 plus years.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

You're joking, right? I think this company, along with others, has turned into a doormat for the extremist. God forbid I miss use a pronoun for someone. Maybe you should put it on your forehead then.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Taking time out of their day to meet others at the DDC, not just directors etc. Investing in those who are pay grades 1-4 is investing in the bank. They are your first contact workers, the worker bees. Invest and get to know those people.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Thankfully my direct team is amazing. I have stayed with FMB because of them. I have been offered other jobs and ultimately turned them down because I want to be part of MY team. If I could take them with me, out of FMB, I would.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

FMB keeps asking this, and we keep telling you. The pay for people who put their all in here doesn't make them want to stay. Someone can have years and years of service here and leave because another bank will offer them 2x what FMB pays.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Customer Care is undervalued as a whole department. Customer Care is not paid fairly for the work, knowledge, and dedication they have to put in every single day. Customer Care touches every aspect of the bank but treated like crap even from other FMB employees. Executive team doesn't care about us.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication to ALL employees. Actually caring about every area of the bank. No one cares about Customer Care. Ask Mark - CEO - the names of the employees who have been in the Call center more than 3 years. Bet you he cannot name a single one. Unless it's a manager of course :)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Specifically the call center is very under paid. Thousands of calls and customers come to this area a month. Cussing, screaming, name calling, being verbally abused, are all things the agents have to deal with. For a base of $16.50, this is why you get them here and then they want to leave this dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Call Center is paid a peasant salary. I really don't think any of you read these. It's a shame. Been saying the same thing for YEARS! None of you want to work in call center because its HARD work, its MENTALLY draining, we have to work Saturday. Have to know EVERY area of the bank, where it all goes
