I have only been here a short time so my overall experience as of right now is average. Lots of good training, underpaid tellers in my opinion, bonus structure is a little weak, great work life balance, and great work pace.

I like how we all seem to mesh as a cohesive team
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay I negotiated. I cannot say the same for my employees though.

we are all on the same page and work well together and seem to have the same goals in mind.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am newer so my answers reflect accordingly. I like how my immediate leadership seems to have my best interests in mind
