I feel sometimes senior mgt doesnt listen to us, especially now that rates are incresign but we arent doing anything to really keep our existing customers. They need to change the Friday hours to closing at 5pm

better communication. they need to understand that retaining a current customer is just as imprortant as getting a new customer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel incentive pay could be more and paid out quicker. 2 months after the qtr end is wat too long with the tech that is out there.
