Like I said before I have never felt so undervalued by a company. FMB seems to not promote from within they hire for out side which makes us lose good employee's. Customes get upset of us always having new people in the branch, they want someone they know.
They are friendly, helpful, and easy to get along with.
Getting to know new people and helping them with their financial success.
They are good at motivating employees, and they are easy to go to for help
I feel that it's a family first company and they truly care about you having a good work/home balance.
Maybe if they were happier about coming here every day. Maybe if FMB paid them more they would be happier.
Nothing, I've never worked for a company that dose so little for it's employees. Sure we get great PTO time but that's it. I've never felt so unvalued at a company.
Just due to the inflation in recent years I feel we are under paid and need paid more to make up to feel that we are valued, and our jobs are important. If we are making the same as a fast-food employee that make us feel under valued.
BETTER PAY!!! The cost of living has doubled in this country and this company wants to give us 2% or 3% raises. Show your employees you care and give us a cost of living raise. And maybe giving Christmas bonuses or at least let the branches have a decent Christmas party. Get rid of universal banks
Knowing other banks pay more for less work makes it hard. Why don't this company just pay its employees. You spend tons of money having to hire people over and over again instead of just paying the employees you have just to say. And with the cost of living has double in the last few year.
Not miss leading employee's, I took a different role and the bank thinking I would be compacted for making this change. My market leader told me to wait for the raises to come out to get my compassion for taking on the new role to only get a $0.37 a hour raise. That is like a slap in the face.
