Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To remain competitive, the Bank should increase entry level pay for administrative position. Additionally, medical insurance could be cheaper with more benefits, like fertility (including surrogacy) assistance. The Bank should also offer adoption assistance.
