pay, pto, healthcare is all below average for my position in our area, but still better than previous positions I have had; there is a severe lack of advancement opportunity; many positions require years of experience with no way to gain that experience outside of leaving the company

very inclusive, everyone does a great job to make everyone feel welcomed at work, with no negativity around race, religion, politics, gender, etc

Do their job and not push duties off to other teams (work has been coming from other teams to mine for no clear reasons)

better pay, more remote work opportunities, better PTO, better healthcare benefits, individual employees doing their job duties instead of pushing their work on other teams

pay is below average for job in our area; PTO/vacation is below average for job in our area; healthcare benefits are extremely expensive and do not offer very good coverage plans

need to improve at performing day to day assigned duties; better cooperation when working with other teams; asking questions and communicating rather than trying to boss our team around or do things in an outdated way

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to teach either my immediate coworkers or other employees how to fix something when it has a problem, and they are able to retain the information or use the problem solving steps to fix a separate problem
