THey have become so much more communicative and transparent. People are noticing that we are hearing more from the leadership team in the last 2 years.

What's positive about the culture and environment is the fact that Mark Hardwick and the executive management team are showing that they care and are trying to communicate better.

Its' become so much more open and welcoming to others. People feel much more valued here than in the past. Hardwick and Stew are trying to showcase positivity in their communications.

The leadership team, after the crappy engagement survey results came out, really seem to be doing their best to communicate better and focus on the employees. People are noticing this and talking about how senior management has listened and taken action items away from survey results
