What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along and help each other out. I trust them to do their jobs to a certain degree, but I know they work hard and want to always learn.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a lot for not only my branch, but I am asked to travel to other branches to help and mentor their team. We are one of the top performing branches in our market, and operationally. we are top in the bank. I play a strong role in that. However, I'm in the lowest bracket according to the 2016 tier
