In the short time I've been here, there have been changes that are uncomfortable personally but I feel like we were shown the value in them and in the long run, they'll be beneficial.

It has mostly been positive, but there are days where I feel like I'm on a team where our work isn't valued or is looked over for someone else's work.

There are a lot of meaningless meetings where we are read a spreadsheet by someone else. There are a lot of meetings where no decision is made because the "decision makers" weren't prepared and/or present. The amount of PTO is not great.

I enjoy the work I am tasked with. I do not enjoy working with the Omni & Digital team who bulldozes their way through things with absolutely no accountability or repercussions for their decisions and actions. Them continuing to do that on projects would make me look elsewhere for a job.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team I work the closest with on a daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My direct team makes me want to keep coming back to work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to step in and help when there is a question.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like they listen to concerns and opinions and take into account how they can better serve us while also serving the customer.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing that the people doing the work continue to point out that project "decision makers" just cause more hurdles and cost more money in the long run.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We've kind of been left to ourselves after moving departments, so we have to rely on ourselves in making sure we're all in agreement of doing things the way they need done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The thing that keeps me returning each day are the people I work closest with. Those outside of my direct team make my work life extremely challenging to maintain a positive attitude.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am doing the same work asked of my teammates, but working for less money with a non "senior" title. The number of PTO hours/days seems small for a company so dedicated to their employees' wellbeing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I'm constantly having to shift what my focus is to keep up with what the newest decision/change is in a project and I'm not paid enough. The amount of PTO received is low compared to other employers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I am being asked to complete the same tasks as my teammates but paid less because I did not bring a similar title with me when I started. It didn't bother me at first because I was being eased into the role but since Feb. have been put in a very large project and paid the same.
