My experience was stellar until I started reporting indirectly to Sarah Paxson.

We work together to get the work done.

I cannot say anything at this time. I dread coming to work.

My team and the other department team members with whom my team works closest.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My manager and his manager. No survey answer is going to make any difference.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding the actual work we do and recognizing that with bonuses and/or additional incentives, not trinkets.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am not paid here what I would be paid elsewhere for my knowledge and experience.

Coworkers are not held accountable. I don't know if it is my manager or HR.

Realize they work for FMB now, not Level one and they need to learn our processes and procedures.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are self-sufficient and know we can depend on one another. We have to be. Our manager couldn't step in to assist.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Rewarding good, exceptional employees for performance and holding employees accountable when they do not perform and do not hold true to the core values of FMB.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My manager could not step in and do the work I do so he isn't capable of coaching or helping me with anything. His boss doesn't value my team.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Finding out what goes on, how work is accomplished, and how employees are treated at the lowest level by digging in, not just from discussions with managers two or three levels removed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel I should receive some sort of benefit for not using the health insurance and I feel that percentage raises vs. a straight dollar figure keeps widening the gap between the highest and lowest paid.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Increases of 2% are not significant enough to compensate for the increase in the cost of living. Percentage increases also keep increasing the gap in pay between workers. Also, while some workers' wages were increased to $15. per hour, others that made over that were given no increase.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They bring in a company to evaluate the salary ranges and make adjustments based on that information. I was below the lowest for my range so what happens, I get an increase to bring me up to the lowest of that range. I will continue to be the lowest paid and not get more than the 2-3% increases.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My manager doesn't know what I do and he said he is never going to learn because his manager said she doesn't want him to. How can he give me a review or even know how I am doing when he doesn't know what I do? He isn't even a resource for questions because he does not know.
