Everyone has a voice. The employee resource groups that have been created to ensure everyone feels included and if they don't, they can speak up.
Everyone is willing to help. We are not where we want to be as a company with the tools that the employees need to do their job but everyone is vested in getting there. The employees are positive about the changes that are coming and willing to wait and help throughout the process.
