I feel blessed to work at FMB and happy to be a part of the team. I feel supported, I feel like I have learning/growth opportunities, and I am happy to be at work every day.

I like the transparency and competitiveness.

Being able to focus on projects and not daily distractions such as unnecessary emails/meetings.

Work well as a team with no drama. Not afriad to ask coworkers for help.

I enjoy the town board meetings where employees get to understand the overall goals of the company.

I just think our environment feels friendly and welcoming no matter what department you are working with.

Being able to work on projects that help me feel fulfilled. Having friendly coworkers to collaborate with.

Our team works together well. Our department is not micro-managed, and you are free to share ideas.

FMB is always trying to get better, whether it be for company products or working on diversity and inclusion tactics.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team works really well together and our wider team is also very easy to work with. I never fear reaching out to coworkers for assistance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is down to earth when they are in situations that allow that. They also provide updates on how the organization is doing and where we are headed in town hall meetings that are available to all employees.
