It is fun place to work. EAC does a good job.

They are easy to talk to and very open about how we are doing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared with similar size banks, I feel we are paid lower than the other banks.

I have worked with a number of them for years and they feel more like friends than coworkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The health insurance that we currently have is lacking since it is High Deductible. One ER visit can leave an employee in debt to a level that cannot be paid outright. Most Hospitals will turn the charges to collection if not paid in 6 months to one year even if there are payments made.
