Even though there are positives with working here, the larger we get the more impersonal and detached I'm feeling from the higher ups.

Concentrate on retaining talent through fair compensation and recognition. We are way underpaid for our industry.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are paid under industry standards and there is no adjustment to regions where cost of living is higher. The farther you are from Muncie/Daleville the less you are cared about.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation at other institutions is much higher in this region and cost of living for different regions is not taken into consideration. Employee morale has plummeted after the last yearly review with miniscule raises.
