What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am very unhappy with the HDHP...... the fact that there is ANY chance that an employee may not receive the funds promised to us in our HSA is unacceptable. I asked for help but was simply told that "it's in the handbook" and "nothing can be done."
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am not happy with the benefit package, but do feel that I am fairly paid for my time. When I first hired in, I was not told how an HSA and High Deductible plan works. I was unaware that I had to meet all wellness goals to receive the employer cash portion ($900) into my HSA.
