Company needs to be focused on its customers and not chasing a share price.

They aren't my friends they are my coworkers. As long as they do their job it is fine.

stop chasing ever increasing numbers. Treat employees and customers as people not just numbers that must go up.

Insurance is expensive and bad. I have never worked at a company that offers insurance that is this bad before.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Leadership does not understand what customers want and put the shareholders first. Customers should always be first in a service industry.

There is a constant battle between departments. Departments are frequently defaulting to other departments that in turn default back to that same first department. Maddening.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

insurance is outrageously expensive for how little coverage it offers. Being bumped up to the minimum pay for your position let's you know that you are really appreciated when you have been in your position for a long time. To be at the minimum.
