The pay is the best part of my compensation package, I am paid very well for what I do.

Our technology is below industry standards, and our process of tickets and branch capture leads to a high rate of banking errors that negatively impacts clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is below industry standards, I have many responsibilities in the banking center and feel that my base pay is low and I could make much more money elsewhere with a smaller workload.
