What is the best part about your compensation package?
it's just high not that it is bad cause it is that way everywhere with the high deductible. But I believe FMB tries to benefit the employee overall.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they try to help you and if you struggle in an area, they find ways to help you and to help you be successful at your job. They are the best team!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are helpful and friendly. I really appreciate my team most days. cause we all have off days but overall, I wouldn't want any other teammates for coworkers; they are the best!
