Again I am a long tenured employee, so obviously my pay is lower then newer employees, due to a recent situation on a goal several people were wrote up stating their integrity was wrong and that they coached the team to do wrong things, which is not the case. I feel those people had to sign the writ

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A tenured employee is one of the lower paid employees. They should be at the same scale or higher than newly hired employees.

I feel that when the pay it looked at, it seems that it doesn't flow up. It has stopped everytime at hourly employees. We continue to have more and more responsibilities with less pay.

I have been with this company for many many years and am one of the lowest paid employees in this job category. I do not feel the pay is fair for employees who have a long tenure. Get rid of the goals and pay the employees what they are worth.
