I love working for FMB with very few negatives. I will mention that a very big negative is the sick days that were taken away from those of us that worked hard to save those for a rainy day. Many of us turned unused vacation days into sick days which should not be able to be touched.

Very positive. FMB is like a second family to me. I would like to have the opportunity to work from home more than two days a week. I find the office to be more distracting than working from home

I do question some of the current decisions being made by upper management and do worry that it could eliminate the job that I am currently have. I am proud to work for FMB even though I have worries

We are not only coworkers, we are friends as well. We are a very hard-working, supportive group of people.

Being with my work family. That being said, I truly enjoy remote work and currently work 2 days from home. I would love to see that number increase to 3 or 4. My team finds it very easy to stay connected and in constant communication when working remotely.
