We are mostly cross trained and everyone is willing to step in to help keep things on track.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They continue to provide better communication on how the company is doing, talking about ongoing and possible projects.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have employee stock options, good health care benefits with a support team that is constantly providing updates, challenges, etc.

They are open to listening to all of our employees. We have regular town hall meetings to learn how the company is doing as a whole and what is on the horizon.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication - both work related and just being able to talk to them about life in general. We are genuinely interested in each other and what happens outside the workplace. We've been on a few department outings and lunches as well.
