Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Too much focus on goals and incentive payouts. Pay the people who are doing the goals a better wage, do away with goals and rate them on the reviews. There is too much stress in the banking centers and unfair treatment if you're not hitting. Even the best may not have a great quarter!!
