I came here with high hopes after hearing so much about a supportive culture. Unfortunately, the real experience feels a lot more like management is out to get you
Half my team is fantastic. The other half can't be bothered to do much of anything. Even showing up on time is a strain, and this includes my manager.
The most difficult part for employees & for customers is the terrible technology. It is, frankly, an embarrassment to have customers complain about online/mobile banking and not have a way to make it work better for them. My own mobile banking requires me to re-enroll once a week, & I cant fix it
