My team is very dedicated, knows what it takes to get the job done and does it even if it means working long hours.

I love projects that make sense. I love integrations of banks and working with new people and finding the issues and solving the big puzzle to make the bank successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture inside the area I work is more like family. We work hard and are there for each other through thick and thin. We can cover for each other at a moment's notice in case of deaths or sickness and more than glad to do that for each other. When there are issues, we are working on we help.
