i love working for this company but i would love it more if we were paid more for all we do for this company. we do alot to help this bank make its money

the tellers and crr and crb are very good at helping out when needed

I think we should get paid more for what all we do for first merchants

when EVERYONE on the team makes an effort to work weekends and we get to work every other

yes i feel very undervalued ive been here for 2 years and still make what i almost started at, the pay here is not good.
What makes you most happy at work?
the customers is what makes work easy to enjoy and that coming to work isnt just a job you have to come to its fun to come to some days
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel undervalued because we do a lot of things for this bank and get paid barley over minimum wage. we are one of the lowest paying banks around. they say our pay adds up with incentives, i think we should be paid more plus our incentives.
