I work harder not smarter. I am able to get my job done but in a refinance boom I feel we would fail with volumne

communication, management, including the people who do the job when making changes.

Feel like just paper pusher here. Ideas to make things more efficient go unheard

I like that Tim MacKay always has an open door and willing to make time to listen to concerns. I do not get the same feel for others on the team.

Our compensation plan for 2022 has not been decided as of yet. Makes it difficult to feel compensated fairly if you could be losing pay and are unsure of how you will be paid
