My managers management style. He does not give me tasks he gives me goals. This allows me to work toward these goals in my own style. In the end I am self-sufficient, efficient and effective.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid well for what I do however there is great potential for my team to do more to contribute and I worry that responsibility and pay will not scale together in the end. I could be wrong.
