have a better knowledge of the products and applications.
Flexibility in how to manage my day, not being micromanaged.
The more modern approach to employee wellbeing and benefits...the increased minimum wage, paternity leave, flex scheduling, etc.
Have tasks that seem challenging. Not doing busy work and really feeling accomplished at the end of the day.
I have nothing specific about my leadership team other than it is clear they value work life balance which is the most important reason (in my opinion) to continue to look at maintaining a future with FMB
Working from home is the best benefit at FMB. If that were to go away it would absolutely result in me looking to leave the company. That is the top priority for me as a benefit, I would even list that above compensation.
They often seem to be unfocused and disruptive to the workflow in the office, I much prefer to work from home rather than come into the office and be distracted with frivolous conversation for majority of the day, including the management as well.
The importance of work life balance - my direct manager has never put me in a position where I have to chose between work and my family or miss out on an activity for my child. I am able to rearrange my work from home days or adjust my hours if need be. She makes it seem genuine that it matters.
