Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When they are hiring people at McDonalds 17.00/ hr, then that makes my pay on the very lowest end for a person who has a Bachelor's degree. Plus with the cost of living skyrocketing, I feel my pay has been set back at least 10 years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would hope since the economy is failing as far as prices going up so much, that they would compensate us and give us a larger raise or at least give us a cost of living raise in order to offset the reality that our income is going backwards very quickly.
