I enjoy working for our company because of my teammates and friends. The company does strive to better themselves, however, a lot of people seem to think we are going the "woke" direction. It does make me a little concerned. I think we should focus on business things non related business things.
What makes you most happy at work?
working remote and doing my job. I actually enjoy my job and processing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that we are a growing and profitable company and continuing to strive to be one of the best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together great as a team. No one is ever singled out for mistakes. We all strive to be the best department.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
new hires are coming in and make almost the same or little less than those who have been year for 5+ years and considered a specialist. Better pay and/or bonuses would be much appreciated..
