better management who doesn't talk about you when you aren't in the building.

we have one teller that is telling our manager everything that we are doing at the teller line even if its having a conversation with another employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
a district manager shouldn't have a say in what a part time tellers schedule should look like, and a part time person who would work only 5 hours a day every shift never deserves a break.
