It's been a great company to work for. I've worked with challenging teams and great teams. I've had the opportunity to advance in my career. I want to see changes in compensation for teams such as AML/CFT so we feel comparable to other FIs. I would also love for acquisitions/mergers to halt.

What are some of the best things about your team?
An overall look at the entire AML/CFT team finds a group of motivated, dedicated, and teamplayer individuals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Talking amongst others whom work AML/CFT at other financial institutions, it appears FMB pay is much lower. We have seen retail pay increase twice over recent years which is great for the retail staff; however, doesn't seem fair to other departments whom are lower paid yet not getting an increase.
