Communication, as well as teamwork skills.
Nothing, they treat us like prisoners, who are not allowed to look anything up on computers in our free time. They would rather us stare at paint drying on a wall then allow us to do anything in our free time.
Other than my direct manager most of my teammates are super helpful and always looking out for each other. We are always trying to make the day go by faster for each other. They also are always compassionate when i am dealing with health issues.
I feel like this company does value tenure and they could care less about the tellers compared to their managers. They see tellers as expendable and replaceable, but treat their managers like gold, even when there managers are the reason their branches are not running optimally.
The company doesn't value its lower-level employees and tries to act like they can replace them whenever they want. However, they have had staffing issues since I started at different locations. Then expect the only branch that is fully staffed to help out for the same pay as those who don't travel.
