My experience at First Merchants has been incredibly positive. I was able to come over from Level One as a Relationship Banker and was given my first opportunity to work in credit by FMB. It has been challenging at times especially early on but thankful to work here and be apart of this team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Retail/branch colleagues are treated with respect and given opportunities to grow into a role in a different part of the bank. When I worked previously for a regional bank in retail/branch banking, those colleagues were looked down upon and treated as if they were lesser than.
