After being with FMB for only 1 year I feel so much gratitude and thankful for the opportunities to expand my career here and learn from some of the best coworkers and mentors I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

FMB has been a positive experience for my career, the only downside is the low annual increase and the high cost for a basic insurance plan.

The BSA/CFT and Risk Management Leadership team is always going above and beyond to make sure our department has what we need to be successful.

My ability to complete my job with all the tools to be successful and independent. Also, the ability to continue to learn and grow as the company continues to grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My position comparable to many other companies in the same roll pays at a much higher rate than FMB. The average roll I see posted on LinkedIN is easily $10K annually higher.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so welcoming. When I started a year ago between my team, the ERG's, the other departments I sit near at Meridian Plaza, and Mike Stewart were all so generous and welcoming.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
FMB's compensation within my role is very low in comparison to the same position at other financial institutions. The annual raise for 2024 with an economy that has made the cost of living so much higher, a 1.5% increase when exceeding expectations was very discouraging and left me feeling notvalued
