We are a pretty tight knit group and work well together.

I have a perfect equilibrium between structure/predictability and variety in each day.

A little more money would be nice, but I love the generous PTO.

My team is very tight knit and always willing to help one another out.

They take time to visit with people when they visit the data center and get to know them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The quarterly APPLE bonus is a nice thing to look forward to every few months! FMB is fairly generous with vacation time, and is probably as close as one can get to European levels of PTO and work/life balance.
