What are some of the best things about your team?

I like the energy and effort from everyone. Everyone has been friendly and helpful, and i believe they are honest and genuine.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Improved communication and processes. This company feels like its so far behind, like its living in the 80's. Technology needs to be a focus. I still have not seen any focus on company values. Values breeds culture. There's no passion to be the first here. Company seems very business as usual.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Objectives dont seem to be clear. Culture seems to be too laid back. I don't see a direct focus on a particular goal, or a focus on improving processes to help reach those goals. Coming from a bigger organization to this one, it's very clear to see how far behind the organization is.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe there is industry leading, and there is everyone else. If your not trying to be a leader in your industry, setting the standard, your everyone else. I havent seen anything as far as healthcare or compensation that shows this company is trying to set the standard. The pay is bare minimum.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

interactions with my direct manager have been somewhat unpleasant. Training is very learn as you go, which is ok but sometimes i feel like i don't have the knowledge to do my job and always have to rely on someone else to ask questions, which over time does not give me the confidence in the job.
