I have been an assistant manager since I started 5 years ago. The branch I started out at was closed down so I was found another branch with the same position not far from my original location. Most banks probably would have let us go but not FMB they kept all of us and found places for us. Ilke FMB

What are some of the best things about your team?
The are all very nice and kind. They treat others with respect and they all get along with each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel that the pay scale for the job I do and my position should be a little more than what I make. The other benefits are fine.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
So far they do not micro manage the branches. As long as we help our clients to the best of our abilities with the products we have we do well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like talking to people and helping them with their banking needs. I learn a lot about our customers just in conversations. It is the same with the people that I work with. I enjoy coming to work because everyone has a good attitude and they also enjoy their jobs.
