They seem to care about the employees. they listen to needs and suggestions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get compensation for my travels outside of my local network. other perks are great like bonuses when the company does well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone is included. An executive can walk in the door and know my name. if they don't know my name, I'm introduced, and they ask about me.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people that I work with are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I know I can count of them as my team and the clients are wonderful people to get to know.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel welcome and am treated as a part of this team even though I am not always here as i help out at other branches. They help me achieve my goals while giving constructive criticism on things I need to improve.
