The community outreach that the company itself does, sponsoring events, hosting food drives and such,
What is the best part about your compensation package?
One of the best things that, for reasons outside of the bank I am unable to currently take advantage of, is the stock purchase program.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
openness and availability at all times while at work, and providing updates for the day such as if they will be sick and not in the office, so tasks can be properly delegated.
