They seem like another part of my area. It means that they don't affect my job and I don't feel I belong to their place.

Wage increases every year is very ridiculous. I got a very good rating on performance review but my wage just got hundreds dollars than last year.

Needs to set up the career growth or career path with manager regularly. I want to know the next possible career path and to get a guidance or the plan what I should prepare as like a study, to get a license or to attend the meetings/workshops from my manager.
