Bonus structure is based upon whole company performance not individual performance for the year (outside of sales staff).

To be paid market value and the risk that I hold for the bank (prison time for failures of other staff members)

Everyone truly believes we are one team and do whatever they can to help where they are needed. People truly step up and go above and beyond throughout the organization.

I enjoy my team that works with me every day. I enjoy the executives talk to everyone and not just people at their level. Having a flexible remote model. Being able to think outside the box and being creative to find new ways to do our functions.
