Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The health insurance coverage is not great. Having to meet a large deductible and not having co-pays makes it difficult to be able to afford an office visit/urgent care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with FMB for over 8 years. I have worked hard, been dedicated, and went beyond what is expected. My pay is at low end of the pay scale for my job role. I feel that job tenure should also play a role in compensation. I do not feel like my dedication and time invested is valued.
