Nice people, hard workers and they seem to care, although seldom reach out to connect, but I do frequently

Nice people throughout, cooperative, collaborative and willing to share what they know. People do not tend to hold information to themselves.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Identifying clear goals from the hire date to be successful, 30, 60, 90 days, 6m then 1 year. Clear direction on key deliverables and structure, that can be trained to. Ambiguity is normal, but in my position on Omni + Digital, daily change of department and team expectations. High level of disfunct
