Being an hourly employee, versus salary.
The compensation package is not great, but it's adequate.
I am paid fairly, I get quarterly bonuses, and have a good benefits package.
It's a fair compensation package, but nothing really spectacular. There isn't any "Best" item.
The pay is good, the benefits are acceptable, the ability to work remote is a big factor.
What I like best about is our leadership seems to listen to feedback and take action on it.
The leadership team has a clear vision and focus, and I understand the part I play in contributing this vision.
They share their insights on the market and relate it back to how it impacts our company and our teams.
Our team is fantastic. We work well together and put forth effort to connect, even though most of us are remote.
It is a good compensation package, not great. I greatly appreciate the fact that I am an hourly employee versus salary.
Our team is quick to come together to solve problems and support each other. I can trust the members of my team.
The compensation is fair. Being an hourly employee in this role is what attracted me to FMB. Benefits are competitive, but not fantastic.
Our team dynamic is great! We are quite diverse, yet have respect for each other and genuinely enjoy being together at and away from work.
The level of engagement at all levels, from my immediate manger to the CIO of the company. The level of engagement has been impressive and empowering.
The organization hires top-notch talent and our team is full of top-performers. We all work well together and are willing to help each other out as needed.
The leadership makes great strides in communicating the state of the bank and the state of the industry to us. They solicite feedback from us and respond to it.
Our team is solid. When we are on-site, we make sure to do activities that are low-key and engage in conversation. I enjoy the team I work with.
The honesty and transparency they offer when difficult decisions have to be made (such as layoffs/ early retirements) and how they take it as a personal decision, not just a number.
Our team has embraced the remote work lifestyle, and when we do get to be together, they make strides to make sure we engage in social activities as well as work activities.
The leadership team is knowledgeable and make sound decisions to make our business successful. They genuinely care for and about their employees and regularly demonstrate that with asking for and responding to feedback
There is truly an atmosphere of togetherness. Everyone is pleasant to work with and we can have fun together. I feel like I can be myself and appropriately express myself at work.
Most of our team (including myself) are remote. The team understands this and works to make sure that there is a level of engagement and friendly banter back and forth between us to build team comraderie.
They communicate with us regularly to keep us informed about what is going on with the company and the markets that affect the company so we know where the company is headed and how the company is performing.
I'm still learning the environment and cutlure, as I am a new employee, but it seems very engaging. It is nice to see the IT (EAS) team included in activities around the company and with the standard onboarding process.
Our team works well together, and plays well together. We are accepting of each others' differences and use our varied backgrounds and experience to make our team stronger. Each person on the team takes ownership of their items and are always willing to help each other out.
The level of engagement that I have seen shows that the leadership team is actively working to make FMB a strong and better company. They show concern to road blocks and other hinderances, and appropriately assess risk that can put projects in jeopardy of not being delivered on time.
Our team is great to work with. We respect each other and have friendly times together. When we do get to see each other in person, it's like a reunion. We don't all agree on everything, but we respect each other and can engage in conversations without getting offended unnecessarily.
The leadership team at all levels seems to truly care about me as not only a "contributor" but also as a person. I have had the opportunity to have conversations with the CIO on a personal level, and my immediate manager takes time to reach out just to see how my life is going outside of work.
We are a remote team, but our team makes efforts to reach out and connect. When we do have the chance to be together physically, the team gets along really well and seems to like to be together, even if we don't have to be, like game nights in the hotel lobby. It's a great team environment.
