I work as a Service Associate, and I love what I do. I work the front line of the bank that each and every customer comes up to. Whether they need help with a deposit or need to talk about getting a loan, I typically get to talk to them first and help steer them in the correct direction.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have had a great experience with my job so far, I have been here just over two years and could move forward in my position if I wanted. There is always room to grow.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I am able to accomplish something for our customers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we have Insurance options for us and the whole family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is very personable and caring about our jobs and our personal lives as well.

We all work great together as a team and are all able to accomplish what we need to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our work environment is very comfortable and easy to be involved in. We all help one another feel comfortable

I enjoy what I do to help our customers and I also enjoy being around the other employees that I have become close with.

Everyone is fairly similar in ways that we can all agree on certain things and get along. We all have something in common one way or another

I love that our team leaders lead us in a way that we can all understand and follow along with to be able to achieve everything that we need to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together very well as a team. When things need done in a timely manner we try our best to work together and step up to get things done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we all so many options to choose from when it comes to benefits. Knowing me and my family are all taken care of no matter what happens is a great feeling.
