as a prior reserve teller I feel the compensation for traveling is phenomenal

I enjoy my cliental as well as my coworkers everyone is very upbeat and positive

I love working with our customers and helping solve their needs. I like that I have had the opportuity to provide these banking services to them

Our team is phenomenal about supporting others. Whether they be new in their role or maybe struggling with some aspects within their position. Our team works harmoniously with one another to provide a complete feeling to our clientele.

Our team is a giant family, and everyone works together so harmoniously. Everyone is always available to lend a helping hand or help guide you to be successful and prosper. I appreciate that no one allows you to fail as an individual or as an employee
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wouldn't say I'm undervalued per say but I feel we should be compensated more financially for the jobs we do. What our jobs entail I believe there should be an across the board wage increases. Starting wages are well below other banking intuitions as well
