It has been ok, not horrible, not stellar

It is getting better, however, the incentive system is lacking and there is little room for advancement if you are not in a customer facing roll. The HR policies are outdated and could be revamped. Moving to one bank of PTO would help improve call offs and help manage staffing.

It has started to shift focus to employee satisfaction. Just not there 100% yet

They are friendly, kind, helpful, cohesive, and overall just good people that are good to be around.

They are working on improving the culture. There is progress but its not portrayed through all areas yet.

employees feel like numbers. there is a lack of transparency, we are understaffed and not approved for additional help.

The company is stuck in old school structure. There needs to be opportunities for growth outside of the customer facing teams

It not off by far but I know what the median range is for my position nationwide and I am under that.

the leadership team I am under cares and promotes work life balance and checks in on all employees not just their direct reports.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The red tape around promotions is ridiculous. Managers should be able to reward employees for exceptional performance with promotions, without having to have a new job approved.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is little opportunity to be promoted. There has to be an open position to be "promoted" within our department and it leaves me feeling stuck. My talents are not being used in a manner that fulfills me professionally.
