If I felt more valued, I would feel differently about the company. I think people turn their heads when there are people that don't do what they are required yet still are employed when they shouldn't be.
I love the people I work with but I do not feel valued by the company when your compensation is not even considered when hiring outside people making so much more and yet have no experience.
They are nice for the most part.
Being open to hear ideas to improve
I don't have an answer for that
I think they try hard to be inclusive
This department works as a team. Not all act as a team.
We don't really do much as a team, so I don't have an answer for this.
Working from home people can be more productive because there are less distractions and more time to focus.
When people are hired in with less experience and yet paid so much more than the employees that are currently employed by FMB. My raise was a joke.
We don't have enough support for my role. There needs to be people hired to help us dig out of a hole because we are so overwhelmed with everything thrown our way.
There is no support or guidance. How can you succeed when you are told to just go on and get out of an office because someone else told you to do it a more efficient way.
Some who have been here a long time are very rude when questions arise. The training for my role is non existent. Yet you are expected to know more than the people that should be checking our work.
Fairness across the board. If you hire someone in to do the same job and their compensation is more. How do the current employees feel about that. Makes them not want to do all the extra work because they aren't feeling valued.
Management does not treat employees all the same. Some are treated very differently than others. Going to their manager has done nothing. Very unfortunate. 3 people have left and they think they left for better jobs. No it was because she is so hard to work for.
I transferred to this and was denied more money because it wasn't in the budget but someone younger was hired from the outside getting paid more. All other transfers also make more. I was lied to that she couldn't give me anymore money. How do you feel valued when you know that.
When the handbook says dress for your day and your department never sees customers or even has customers ever in our area yet we still have to wear dress professional because our boss doesn't like jeans. How is that fair? There is no consistency in this company. I don't feel supported in my position
